Earlier this month, they got their answer with the reveal of WOLVERINE: REVENGE, a five-part limited series launching in August. Capullo will team up with visionary writer Jonathan Hickman to put Wolverine through the most brutal adventure of his life just in time for the character’s 50th anniversary. The series will also be available as Red Band Editions, bloodier and more violent than ever and polybagged for the protection of innocent eyes! To mark this monumental launch, best-selling cover artist extraordinaire Stanley “Artgerm” Lau has drawn a stunning variant cover. Artgerm’s breathtaking depiction of Logan will also be available as virgin variant cover.
WOLVERINE: REVENGE will be five issues of pure, unadulterated Wolverine action as Capullo and Hickman pit Wolverine against a cadre of foes who will turn his world upside down, including Sabretooth, Omega Red, Deadpool, and more.
